Ingredients

  • Ukwa
  • Salt
  • Red oil
  • Water
  • Potash

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water rinse in the ukwa and bring it to boil add potash and allow it to boil untill the ukwa gets soft.

  2. 2

    Drain out the liquid and serve and add salt,redoil and fresh pepper to make the ukwa porriage.
