Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupgreen whole moong dal sprouts
  2. 1/2 cupmoth dal sprouts
  3. 1onion finely chopped
  4. 1cucumber chopped
  5. 1boiled potato chopped
  6. 2 tbspcoriander powder chopped
  7. 1tomato deseeded and chopped
  8. as requiredPomegranate pearls
  9. To TasteSalt
  10. 1.5 tspblack salt
  11. 1 tsproasted cumin powder
  12. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  13. 1 tspchaat masala
  14. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  15. 2lemon juice
  16. 1.5 cuphung curd
  17. 4 tbspgreen mint chutney
  18. 3 tbsptamarind chutney
  19. 1 bowlsev

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the sprouts for 10 minutes, drain the water and let it cool down.

    Put the sprouts in a large bowl and add all tomato, cucumber, pomegranate, onion, potato, coriander leaves along with the seasoning, lime juice and mix well.

    In another bowl take hung curd and add the chutney tamarind and mint and whisk well.

    Fill 3/4 th of the serving glasses with sprouts mix, layer it up with curd mix and top it with mixed savoury of your choice. I used masala puffed rice, haldirams khatta meetha mixture and khara boondi. Sprinkle some more chaat masala and serve.
