Wash ur meat and put in a pot add onion, seasoning,salt to taste. Bring to boil n add ur pomo, stock fish, dried fish and black pepper.cover n cook till tender

Pack everything from the pot leaving only d stock,u can add water depending on d quantity of ur ogbono

Add ur ogbono n stir well,add palm oil n allow to cook well

Add ur meat,fish pomo, stock fish,fresh okro, crayfish and allow to cook well

Add ur ugu leaf n cook for 2 more min.

Serve with any swallow of ur choice. Enjoy
