Ingredients

  1. Chicken yakhni pulao ingredients :-
  2. Chicken pieces 1/2 kg
  3. Grammasala 1 tbsp
  4. Ginger (1 inch)
  5. Garlic (6 garlic cloves)
  6. Onion 1 small size
  7. 1 tbspDry coriander
  8. 1 tbspFennel (sounf)
  9. 5 glassWater
  10. Ingredients for pulao:-
  11. Onion 2 chopped
  12. Tomatoes 3 big size chopped
  13. 1 cupYogurt (dahi, curd)
  14. 5Green chilli
  15. 1 tbspGarlic paste
  16. 1 tbspGinger paste
  17. Grammasala powder 1 tsp
  18. 1/2 cupOil
  19. Salt 1+1/2 tbsp (socked rice 2 glass)
  20. Salt 1+1/2 tbsp socked rice 2 glass

Cooking Instructions

    First preparation chicken stock :-take a pot and add water 5 glass. Boil it water And add fennel, Ginger, garlic, onion,gram masala And dry coriander. Mix well. Cover the pot and cook for 5 minutes. And add chicken and again cover the pot and cook for 5 mint. Chicken out in stock. Stock (yakhni) is ready.

    Pulao Masala preparation :-take a pot add oil And onion and till golden fry. Some onion out in dish. Add ginger paste mix well. Add garlic paste and mix well. Add gram masala and chicken pieces till fry. Cook for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and cooked it. 5-6 minutes Cook for chicken masala. Add green chilli.add yogurt And cook for 3 mint. Add stock 4 glass and cover the pot. Add socked rice 2 glass.

    And sprinkle golden fry onion on the top of the rice. Cover the pot 13-15 minutes in a low flame leave on dum. Dish out rice ready to serve. Thanks for watching my recipe.
