I love this soup. It is one of my best meal.
Steps

Cook pealed beans until soft. Whisk and keep aside.

Add Palm oil in a pot and add chopped onions to fry. Fry for few minutes and add ginger and garlic paste.

Add blended onions and pepper and fry for 5 minutes.add blended crayfish, dry fish, meat, meat stock and seasoning. Fry for further 5 mins.

Finally, add the cooked beans and correct seasoning. Add the chopped ugu leaves and cook for 5 mins. Add scent leave and turn off the fire. The steam is enough to soften the scent leave.

Serve with tuwo. Enjoy 😋
