Ingredients

  3. Oil
  4. Sour cream
  5. Shredded cheese

  12. Chicken bouillon (such as Knorr)
  13. 1/2 bunchcilantro

Cooking Instructions

    Cook all the sauce ingredients except the cilantro and chicken bouillon. Sauté the chicken in butter.

    Once the chicken is ready, fill the corn tortillas with the chicken to make rolls (warm the tortilla, fill it, and secure with a toothpick). Heat oil in a skillet and fry the rolls.

    When done, place them on a plate lined with a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Once the sauce ingredients are boiling, blend them with the chicken bouillon and cilantro. Set aside.
