Cooking Instructions

Cook all the sauce ingredients except the cilantro and chicken bouillon. Sauté the chicken in butter.

Once the chicken is ready, fill the corn tortillas with the chicken to make rolls (warm the tortilla, fill it, and secure with a toothpick). Heat oil in a skillet and fry the rolls.

When done, place them on a plate lined with a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Once the sauce ingredients are boiling, blend them with the chicken bouillon and cilantro. Set aside.

In a baking dish, spread a layer of sour cream, arrange the rolled tortillas, add another layer of sour cream, then the sauce, and finally the shredded cheese.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake or microwave just until the cheese melts. Enjoy!

My husband and I both love enchiladas! We tried a lot of enchiladas and chose this as our family enchilada recipe.If you can't find McCormick's taco seasoning mix or chili seasoning mix, you can use taco mix and chili powder that's usually available in Japanese supermarkets.
