Steps
- 1
Pick all the leaves off the branch. Run the tap water through the leaves and rinse it from sand.
- 2
Put them in a blender and add water. A little water would do. Measure the water by putting quarter of the amount of Ewedu leaves in the blender.
- 3
Blend the Ewedu roughly. Not a smooth paste please. ON &OFF on the blender a few times.
- 4
In a Medium sized pot, put a little water and add the Potash. Let it boil a little, then add the blended Ewedu. Stir gently.
- 5
Add crayfish, Egusi, maggi stir together and wait for 2 minutes. The Ewedu is ready to be served.
