  2. 1zucchini
  3. 2carrots
  4. 1potato
  5. 4tomatoes
  6. 1 cubetomato bouillon
  7. 1/2onion
  8. 2 clovesgarlic
  9. 3bay leaves or 1/4 teaspoon bay leaf powder
  10. 2 pinchesoregano
  11. 2chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

    Wash the vegetables and place them in the pressure cooker (potato, zucchini, and carrots) along with the meat and spices.

    Blend the tomatoes with the onion, garlic, and chipotle peppers in adobo sauce with a little water.
