Ingredients

  1. 200 gmLadyfinger
  2. 200 gmGreen Chauli
  3. 8-10clovesCrushed garlic
  4. 2Chopped tomatoes
  5. All spices, oil
  6. Cooked rice
  7. Jeera, chopped coriander and curry leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and Cut ladyfinger. Saute in little oil till crispy and cook. Add all spices and mix well.

    Cut chauli. In cooker add 1table spoon oil, add crushed garlic. After add chauli. Add tomatoes and spices. Cover lid on low flame. After few minutes mix it and make 1 whistle

  3. 3

    Take 1 teaspoon oil in pan, add jeera. After that, add chopped coriander and Curry leaves, saute a little bit. Add cooked rice, mix well.

    Arrange thali with both - rice and roti along with bottle gourd pickle
