Steps

Cut gizzard into four or as desired, cook and fry

Cut plantain round and fry till golden brown

Slice the pepper, green pepper, onions

Crush garlic, ginger and scotch bonnet
- 5
Sauté the onions add the crush bonnets fry for about 2 mins add the gizzard and plantain, add spices and the sliced veges

Add the chicken broth and cook for 5 mins
- 7
