Ingredients

  • 2 handfulbitter leaves
  • 1big size dry fish
  • 1medium size stuck fish head
  • 1medium size stuck fish ear
  • 1 halfcut cray fish
  • 3 tbspcocoyam powder
  • 1kilo of offals
  • 1kilo of beef
  • 1 handfuloziza leaves
  • Tspoziza seed
  • Tspokpehi
  • Seasoning powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • Halfcup palm oil

Steps

    Wash bitter leaves generously to remove bitterness and Sand. Bring to boil the meats, stuck fish, dry fish and seasoning powder till soft, add okpehi, pound oziza seed and add to the boiling mixture. Add palm oil, paste cocoyam with little water and add to the mixture. Add the bitter leaves, wash and slice the oziza leaves add to the soup and lastly add cray fish and salt to taste simmer for 2 minutes and turn off the heat. Enjoy with semolina or pounded yam.
