Take some water in kadhai or pan and add onion ginger green chillies dryfruits and garlic and boil well

Strain the mixture when boiled and cool it for some time add it to the grinding jar and add tomato and grind to paste

In a kadhai add some oil and saute the boiled methi for 5 mins and remove and keep aside

Again in kadhai add some oil,add jeera let it spluter add the onion paste and cook well for 5 to 6 mins

Then add the peas mix well then add methi mix well then add the dry masalas except kasuri methi and mix well

Cover and cook for 5 mins then add milk and mix well the gas flame should be on low flame

Then add fresh cream and cook for 2 more minutes add sugar and kasuri methi and mix well

Serve hot with roti or naan or paraathas
