Ingredients

  1. Halfcup warm milk
  2. 1 tspyeast
  3. 2 tbspsugar
  4. 2 Cupsflour
  5. 3 tbspbutter
  6. Halfcup chopped coriander leaves
  7. 1/4 tspsalt
  8. 1large egg

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven at 180 C, In a bowl add yeast sugar,Milk and beaten egg mix.

    Take a large bowl add flour,salt and coriander leaves.mix with spatula.

    Add the egg mixture into flour, mix slowly now add butter, knead it with hand or hook attachment machine on low speed for 5 minutes

    Knead it till its become soft shiny dough,cover it with clingfilm & place it warm & dark place for 90 minutes or until double in size.for first proofing.

    After it becomes double in size puch and and cut in 8 piece equal size,and make small balls in greased, oven proof dish.cover it with clingfilm again for second proofing for half an hour.

    After half an hour buns ball double in size,brush egg wash & sprinkle some poppy seeds on top.

    Bake it in preheated oven for 25 minutes until golden colour.

    Take it out from oven let them cool for 15 minutes and enjoy.
