Ingredients

  1. 3 tbspGhee
  2. 1 tspJeera
  3. 1Onion chopped
  4. 1Tomato chopped
  5. To tasteSalt
  6. 1 টাRed chilli
  7. 1/2 tbspAmchur powder
  8. 1/2 cupDalia /broken wheat
  9. 1 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    In a pressure cooker heat ghee

  2. 2

    Roast jeera and onion

  3. 3

    Now add dalia in cooker and roast with onion till brown colour

  4. 4

    Now add tomato

  5. 5

    Spices to taste like salt, chilli and amchur powder

  6. 6

    Now add water and mix well

  7. 7

    Pressure cook on high flame for 1 whistle

  8. 8

    After that slim the flame and cook for another 1 whistle

  9. 9

    Serve hot with any achar/chaat masala/chutney
