  • 1Onion chopped
  • 5Hari mirch
  • 1/4 tspHaldi
  • 1 1/2Lal Mirch powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspLehsan + Adrak pisa hua
  • 1Tomato baray size ka
  • 1Taz patta
  • ****tarka:******
  • 5Lal gol mirch
  • 1small size onion
  • 1jawa Garlic
  • 1/2 tspZeera

Steps

  1. 1

    Aik cup kali daal ko thoray sa pani main 15 min k liye soak kardain.

    aik pan main pani daal kar garam karain, jab pani achay tarikay se garam ho jay tau is main daal, pyaz, tazpatta,hari mirch, haldi, lal mirch, pisa lehsan adrak, aik timatar (top cut kar lain) halki flame par pakne dain.

    Lid ko thora khula rehne dain.

    Jab daal adhi gal jay tau salt add kar dain.daal jb ready ho jay tau bhagar k liye aik pan main oil dalain.

  3. 3

    Oil main lal gol mirch add karain jab mirchon ka colour oil main red ho jay tau pyaz, lehsan zeera add kar dain, then daal walay pan main add kar dain

    Serve with boil rice.
