Stir-Fried Chicken and Kamatsuna with Curry Mayonnaise Stir-Fried Chicken and Kamatsuna with Curry Mayonnaise
I came up with this recipe when the only ingredients I had were chicken breasts and komatsuna. Upon tasting, it was really delicious, and I've made it several times since.Make sure you slice the chicken thinly so that it will steam-cook all the way through.I usually use chicken breasts but you could also use tenderloin or thigh meat. Soft Chicken Saute Soft Chicken Saute
This was created when I messed up a dish that I make all the time at home. This healthy failure was the root of my success!*Please take a look at steps 4 and 5.◆The thickness of chicken breast meat varies, so be sure to butterfly it and make cuts in it diagonally.◆This recipe calls for honey, so it does tend to burn easily. Please adjust your heat as necessary. Recipe by Onei cookpad.japan -

Rich, Juicy Gyoza with Mixed Mince Rich, Juicy Gyoza with Mixed Mince
I heard that the moisture in the meat evaporates easily during processing. I wanted my dish to be juicy and rich, so this is what I came up with. I added oyster sauce to my mother's recipe that uses mixed ground meat without garlic.-Try to use good quality ground meat because it really determines the taste._Make sure the meat absorbs plenty of water and condiments.-Wrap up briskly and pan-fry immediately (to avoid tearing, align the gyoza leaving generous spaces in between). Store leftovers in the freezer. For 40 gyoza (30 if large). Recipe by Kichiri-monja cookpad.japan
