Put the flour in a bowl,add the ground nutmeg, yeast,sugar, salt and powdered milk, and mix them together

Add water in a small quantities and mix everything to make a thick batter, cover and let it rise for 30min until it double its size

After rising, punch the batter again and mix well

Heat up ur oil in a pan fry ur pufs until golden brown
- 5
Allow to cool and coat ur pufs in a powdered milk
