Creamy Garlic Chicken & Potatoes
This is 1 of my family's all time favorites. Its takes a bit more prep them most of my other stuff but it is so worth it!

Preheat oven to 400° spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray

Season chicken with the Italian Seasoning and salt & pepper. Than melt 2 tbsp of butter in a large skillet and place chicken in skin side down. Sear both sides till browned (about 3 min) and remove from skillet and set aside.

Melt 1 tbsp of butter in skillet and add all of the spinich stirring occasionally till it has wilted and remove and set aside.

To make the SAUCE 🤤: melt the 1/4 cup of butter in the skillet over medium heat then add the minced garlic. Stir frequently unit fragrant. Then add your flour. Wisk it lightly until it starts to brown.

Gradually add in y pi ur chicken broth and thyme and basil until fully incorporated. Stir in half & half and parmesan until it thickens. If it's to thick add milk to thin until you have a nice consistency. About the consistency of a cream gravy. Then remove from heat.

Place your chicken in your 9x13 dish in a single layer and add your potatoes and spinach around and on top of the chicken. Then top all of it with that amazing sauce. The place in your preheated oven and let back for about 30 minutes or until chicken I'd fully cooked (meat temp 165 to 170 degrees). When done serve it up and enjoy!!
