  2. 1 cupsliced vegies of your choice choice choice
  3. to tasteSalt and pepper as per your taste
  4. 1 cupSooji
  5. as neededWater

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan

    Add mushrooms first and saute for 5 to 8 minutes

    Now add rest of the vegetables and cook for 5 more minutes.

    Now and salt and pepper

  5. 5

    Add roasted sooji in it. Mix it well. Add water as required. Cook it for 10 minutes

  6. 6

    Suji upma is ready to serve.
