Steps

Wash and dry properly and cut bhindi thin.

Heat oil in pan add hing and bhindi and fry till crisp.

Take curd in a bowl add salt,sugar and mix it

Now add crisp bhindi in curd add corriandar leaves, coconut chetney and mix it well.

Heat oil in a pan add rai,jeera, green chillies, curry leaves pour tadka on bhindi and mix well and serve.
