Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1 kglamb 25% fat
  2. 1small bunch parsley
  3. 1small grated onion(squeeze out the juice)
  4. 1 teaspooncumin
  5. 1 teaspooncoriander
  6. to taste Salt and pepper
  7. 1small red bell pepper finely chopped and squeezed out the water
  8. 2 tablespoonsyogurt ( to velvet the meat(
  9. 2 tablespoonsoil
  10. 1 teaspoonvinegar
  11. 1 teaspoonoregano or thyme
  12. Potatoes
  13. Lettuce
  14. Tomatoes and onions
  15. Garlic sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients for at least three minutes. Then wrap it in a cling film in to a cylindrical shape and freeze it over night

    The next day remove the cling and use a sharp knife to cut it as shown below. Drizzle oil in a non-stick pan and fry over medium heat

    Wash and cut your potatoes in to very thin strips and fry

    Next add a spoonful of garlic sauce (I’ve the recipe on my page here) add a generous amount of the doner, the crispy potatoes crisp lettuce tomatoes onions and another dollop of the Mayo sauce

    Gently fold it and grill then wrap it in a foil and enjoy
