  1. 250 gmkachi ambi( raw mango)
  2. To tasteSalt
  3. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  4. 1 tsphaldi (turmeric powder)
  5. 1 tspDry coriander powder
  6. 6 tbspMustard oil

Cooking Instructions

    Take out all ingredients. Keep mustard oil aside.

    Take ambi wash properly. And cut as shape your choice.

    Sprinkle some salt and leave it for 2 hours. Some water will come out. Discard it.

    Add all other dry ingredients and mustard oil. Mix properly. And serve.
