Ingredients

1.5 hours
5 to 8 peoples
  1. 1 kgkaleeji chicken
  2. 1 cupcooking oil
  3. 2 tspsalan misala
  4. 1 tspadrak paste
  5. 1 tsplehsan paste
  6. 4green chilli
  7. sliceSome adrak
  8. 5tommatoes
  9. 2onions cut
  10. Wood fire

Cooking Instructions

    Take a cup of cooking oil and put the adrak and lehson pasted in doori ghotna in it and cook for some time.

    Now put the kaleeji in it and cook for some time than put misala in it and cook for 30 minutes put some water so that it cooks properly

  3. 3

    Now when the kaleeji is properly cook put the tommatoes in it and cook it till the disolve properly and becomes thick misala.

    Now when the kaleeji is cooked and tomatoes all became thick gravy now put it on daam for ten minutes and put some cut green chilli on it. Kaleeji os ready to serve.
