Wash the chicken thoroughly with water. Whisk the hung yogurt (drain the yogurt in a muslin cloth to remove excess water) until smooth. Add all the other ingredients and mix well.

Add the chicken and mix to coat. Cover and let it marinate for 1 hour.

Heat oil in a deep pan. Once hot, add the marinated chicken and fry, turning occasionally, until golden and crispy on both sides.

Once the chicken is cooked and crispy, remove from the oil and drain. Place the fried chicken on a plate, sprinkle with chaat masala, and serve with cilantro, green chili, ginger, and garlic chutney.
