Take a bowl and put the chilled thick cream.

Now add sugar to it
First add 3 tbsp then taste and add more if needed. - 3
Mix cream and sugar gently. Don’t do vigorously otherwise fat will separate from the cream.

Sweetness of the final product also depends upon the fruits you add in.
If using mango then less sugar is needed.

Chop the fruits and remove the seeds of fruits like orange etc.

Throw in the chopped fruits and gently mix them in the cream.

Keep the bowl in fridge till you are ready to serve.

Serve chilled fruit cream and enjoy.
