Wash the peppers and dry them t

Remove the green stems and grind the peppers in the grinder

Add 1 tablespoon salt and mix it through then place the paste in a strainer in the fridge, the next day add another half a teaspoon, mix it through and leave it to strain for 2 to 4 days.

Take the strained paste and place it in an airtight jar and top with olive oil.
