Paneer and Cheese Butter Masala

Firstly make purée

Heat butter n oil in a pan

Add all the ingredients of tadka one by one.

Add haldi powder and chilli powder & immediately pour the purée in it. add little water to it.

Add all the masalas to it except kasoori methi n coriander leaves.

Cook and add cream to it.

Then add crushed kasoori methi.

Add paneer and pieces of cheese to it

Mix well and add coriander leaves to it. Let it cook for 5mins on low flame.

Serve in a bowl or plate. Garnish with grated cheese & coriander leaves.

Serve with chapati phulka or rice.
