Ingredients

  1. 250 gmwheat flour
  2. 1 bunchmethi leaves,washed cleaned and chopped
  3. 1 tspgreen chilli garlic ginger paste
  4. 1 tsphaldi
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1 tspdhaniya jeera powder
  7. 1/2 tspajwain
  8. 1/2 tspsesame seed
  9. as neededOil
  10. as per tasteSalt
  11. 1 tspsugar
  12. as per requiredWater to knead the dough

Steps

    Take a large bowl add wheat flour and add all masalas,oil,salt and mix it properly and knead a dough by adding water as needed and make a soft dough.

    Take a small portion of dough and make a ball and press it with palm and roll it in circle with rolling pan

  3. 3

    Heat a pan and add paratha and roast it on one side on low flame and then flip it on other side and apply oil on the other side and roast it on a low flame till golden brown and then flip again and roast it again by applying oil when it is roasted from both side remove from pan. Prepare all paratha from dough in same process

  4. 4

    Serve paratha with hot cup of tea or curd or pickle and enjoy
