Measure all the ingredients

Crush cardamoms in mortor

Wash daliya and keep it on a strainer

Add 1 tbsp ghee in cooker

Add daliya in it and roast for a minute

Add small pieces of jaggery or gur in it

Add 1 cup water and let it dissolve in water

When it completely dissolved.

Cover the lid of cooker and give a whistle. After one whistle switch off the flame.let it cool down.

When pressure released automatically...open the ld and add crushed cardamom

Mix well and take out in a serving plate

Garnish with nuts

Add little more ghee on it.its totally optional
