Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupwheat flour
  2. 1small chopped onion
  3. 1Chopped green chilli
  4. as neededChopped coriander
  5. as per taste,Salt
  6. as per your tasteRed chili powder

Cooking Instructions

    Chop all onion, green chili and coriander leaf. Mix salt & red chili powder.

    Now add water and make flowing consistency batter chilla batter. (Refer pic)

    Heat the tawa, spread 1-2 drops of oil and then spread the chilla batter. You can spread with spoon or hand.

    Cook it nicely one side on slow medium flame then turn it.

  5. 5

    Cook other side also. If required apply oil and give crispy texture.

  6. 6

    Serve with curd or pickle or chutney. Enjoy!!!
