Easy and Delicious! Keema Curry

I made this easy curry with ingredients I had at home.
Use your family's preferred condiment for its subtle flavor.
I recommend using garam masala to make it authentic.
You can also add lentil beans or finely chopped lotus loots. Recipe by KaoRi

Steps
- 1
Mince the carrot and onion.
- 2
Heat the butter, garlic, and ginger in a frying pan over low heat. When it releases a nice aroma, add the onions and fry until brown and translucent.
- 3
Add the carrot and ground meat. Stir-fry over medium heat, and season with salt, pepper and garam masala. Sitr-fry until it's thoroughly cooked.
- 4
Add water and bay leaf, then turn the heat to high. Skim off the scum when it boils, and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat. Remove bay leaf and add the curry roux.
- 5
When the roux is dissolved, add the Japanese Worcestershire sauce. Continue simmering for another 5 minutes, and then serve.
