Steps

  1. 1

    Subse phele chilko ko ache se wash kar lein.chana dal ko dho k bhigo dein.

    Ab ek pateeli me pani chilkay,chana dal aur baki k ingre siwaye dhanya,podina,aloo, hari mirch aur besan k dal k paknay rakh dein jab tak dal na gal jaye.

    Ab ache se bhon lein aur chopper me pees lein.kuch dair fridge me rakh dein.

    Ab baki k ingre add kar k ache se mix kar lein aur hathon ko grease karte hue kabab ki shape de lein.

    Taway pe oil dalien aur kabab ko fry kar lein mazedar se kabab tayar hain ese hi enjoy karen ya phir burger bana k mazay karen.
