Ingredients

  • 250 gmPaneer
  • 2Onion- big
  • 8-9Garlic
  • 4Tomato- medium
  • 10-12Cashews-
  • 3Kashmiri red chilli whole-
  • 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder-
  • 1 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoonDhanyia jeera powder
  • 1 tablespoonGaram masala powder
  • 1 teaspoonKasuri methi-
  • 1 tablespoonVegetable oil-
  • 1 tablespoonGhee-
  • pinchOrange food colour-
  • 2 bowlGreen moong dal boiled-
  • 2 tablespoonGreen garlic chopped-
  • 1 teaspoonJeera-
  • 3 tablespoonFresh meethi leaves chopped-
  • 3 tablespoonPalak puree
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 2 tablespoonGhee-
  • 1/4 teaspoonHing
  • 1 tablespoonChat masal-
  • 1 teaspoonGreen chili paste
  • 1 cupBasmati rice-
  • 1 teaspoonLemon juice

Steps

    For Kashmiri paneer
    Heat a kadai with oil in it

  2. 2

    Add garlic, saute n add onion sliced,saute for a while, then add kaju, whole Kashmiri chilli,n tomato.

  3. 3

    Cook until soft,cool it n grind this to a paste.

  4. 4

    Now take kadai n add ghee, put this paste, then add dry masala like turmeric, red chilli, dhanyia jeera powder n garam masala powder. Add salt to taste. Mix it well n cook it till oil seprates. Now add paner cubes n add bit water. Add orange food colour. Kashmiri paneer is ready

  5. 5

    For harabhara moong dal
    Boil the soaked moong dal, adding salt.

  6. 6

    Then take kadai add ghee, add hing n jeera

  7. 7

    Now add fresh green garlic, saute for while, then add meethi leaves.

  8. 8

    Cook then add green chili paste, palak puree. Then add chat masala.

  9. 9

    Then add green moong dal, salt n cook for a while. Harabhara moong dal is ready to serve

  10. 10

    For steamed rice boil the basmati rice in water adding lemon juice.
    Rice is ready

  11. 11

    For platting first put a layer of Kashmiri paneer (orange),then add a layer of steamed rice (white) n finally put a layer of harabhara moong dal (green)

  12. 12

    Tricolour platter is ready to serve. Serve with tricolour salad
