Bhajiya are loved by both kids and adults. They are quick to make and taste delicious with tomato chutney.

Place the chickpea flour in a bowl. Add carom seeds, turmeric, and salt, and mix well. Chop the onions, green chilies, curry leaves, and cilantro. Add them to the bowl and mix everything together.

Add water gradually to make a thick batter. Add baking soda and mix well. Heat oil in a deep pan, then drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil. Fry the fritters, turning occasionally, until golden brown.

Remove the fritters and place them in a bowl.

Serve hot with tomato chutney.
