  2. 150-200 gpork belly slices
  3. 1/4 TbspTapioca
  4. 1 Tmaggi or soy sauce
  5. 1 twhite pepper
  6. Step 2 Pan
  7. 3 clovessmashed Garlic
  8. 1.5 Tpork fat oil
  9. 50 gjuliened bacon
  10. 280 grice noodles
  11. 1/2 Tsweet soysauce
  12. 2 Tsoy sauce
  13. Step 3 Pan
  14. 1 Tpork fat oil
  15. Marinated pork
  16. Bean sprouts
  17. big sliced Cabbage
  18. 2Duck egg
  19. 2.T oyster sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate pork belly slice

    Ingo step 2 ingredients accordingly and mix wel. Remove from a pan set aside

  3. 3

    Ingo Step 3 for pork and veg first until pork cooked. Make a hole space in the middle of the pan ingo half beaten duck egg untill cooked like scramble

    Bring noodle back in the pan, stir, seasoning soy sauce white pepper mix well. Voila!
