Ingredients

4 servings
  1. For bhaji
  2. 2-3 tbsp butter
  3. 2 tbsp ghee
  4. 4-5tomatoes (finely chopped)
  5. 1/4 cuppeas / matar
  6. 1/2capsicum (finely chopped)
  7. 3-4 tbsppalak (boiled)
  8. 2potato (boiled & mashed)
  9. 2-3 tbspcarrot chopped
  10. 1 tspsalt / to taste
  11. 1 tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  12. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  13. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  14. 2 tsppav bhaji masala
  15. 1 tspkasuri methi
  16. As Requiredcoriander leaves (finely chopped)
  17. 1 tspginger/ garlic
  18. 1onion (finely chopped)
  19. 1lemon juice
  20. As Requiredwater to adjust consistency
  21. 6-7pav / bread roll
  22. 4 tspbutter (for pav bread toast)

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly, in a large kadai heat 2 tbsp butter and add vegetables. cook and mash well.
    now add 1 tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp coriander powder 2 tsp pav bhaji masala, 1 tsp kasuri methi and coriander leaves.

    Heat a tbsp of butter and add ¼ tsp chilli powder, pav bhaji masala, 1 tsp kasuri methi.

    Also add 1 tbsp coriander leaves, 1 tsp ginger garlic, ginger paste, 1 onion and 1 lemon juice. saute well.

    Boil and mash for 5 minutes adjusting consistency.
    finally, serve pav and bhaji as pav bhaji.
