Wash bones thoroughly and keep

In a pressure cooker, add bones, bay leaf and other spices, onion tomato add 4cups of water

Cover and cook (after the 1st whistle, reduce the flame to low and cook for 45 min)

Once steam out, drain the soup, sprinkle chopped coriander leaves, add lemon juice and serve hot with soup sticks

If the fat is more, keep the drained soup in the fridge for 30 min, you can easily remove the fat and heat again, and then sprinkle coriander leaves, and lemon juice and Serve.
