BAKED PEARS WITH CHEESE, HONEY, AND PECANS

🍁🍂 Hello Autumn 🍂🍁
As the saying goes, "don't let the farmer know how good cheese is with pears"...
Have you ever tried this combination?
A dish with the colors and flavors of fall, a contrast between sweetness and savoriness that makes such a simple dish extraordinary and anything but ordinary!
How would you serve it?
As an appetizer, main course, or dessert?

Steps
- 1
Wash and dry the pears. Cut them in half lengthwise and scoop out the center to remove the seeds.
- 2
Place the pear halves in a baking dish, drizzle with honey, and bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 30 minutes, until they are soft and have taken on color.
- 3
Take them out of the oven briefly and place a piece of cheese in each. Bake for a few more minutes, then serve with a sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper, chopped pecans, and a drizzle of honey.
