First wash, peel the potatoes and cut into cubes, place them in water.Take a pot with water, salt and potatoes pieces and boil 7-8 minutes then strain and keep aside for cool down.

Transfer them into a plate then add corn starch and toss it well. So that the potatoes are coated with the flour.

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai drops the coated potatoes, fry until they golden brown. Transfer into a bowl.

Now fry the coriander leaves and chopped garlic separately and keep them aside.

Making cheese sauce -
To a pan add milk and cheese slices. Let it thicken. Then add oragano, chilli flakes, pepper powder and salt and mix well. - 6
Lastly add grated cheese give it all quick mix. Cheese sauce is ready.

Take fried potatoes pieces in a bowl add red chilli powder, cumin powder, fried garlic, coriander leaves and chaat masala powder and mix it well.

Now place the potatoes mixture into the serving plate and pour the prepared cheese sauce on potatoes. Cheesey Spicy Garlic Potato is ready to be serve.
