Ingredients

  1. 4tbspoon garden cress seeds
  2. 2 cupsmilk
  3. 3tbspoon dry dates powder
  4. 2tbspoon jaggary
  5. 1/2tspoon cardamom powder

    Soak garden cress seeds for 30 minutes. You can soak it in coconut water.

    Take deep vessel, add soaked seeds along with jaggary. Add little water. Cook till jaggery melts completely.

    Now add dry date powder and cardamom powder. Mix well. Lastly add 2 cups of milk. Cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot or chilled. It's a very healthy option for lactating mothers. Enjoy.
