Ingredients

12 servings
  1. 100 gflour
  2. 2Ripe bananas
  3. 1large spoon semolina
  4. 1large spoon corn flour
  5. 3large spoon coco powder
  6. 3large spoon junior Protinex/ whey Protine vanilla flavored
  7. 1/2 cupsugar
  8. 1 spoonbaking powder
  9. 1 spoonbaking soda/ fruit salt/ Eno packet
  10. 50-70 gmsSalted butter
  11. 1 spoonvanilla essence
  12. Milk (required if batter is too thick)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all dry ingredients except Sugar and baking soda. Keep the mix aside.

  2. 2

    Mix sugar, banana, vanilla essence and Butter.

  3. 3

    Mix the dry and wet mixtures to form a lumpless batter thicker than honey but quit less than a dough

  4. 4

    Pre heat Owen. Prepare muffin tray by coating it with oil and than using paper cups

  5. 5

    Mix baking soda to the batter and stir but not too vigorously and keep aside for 4/5 min

  6. 6

    Using a spoon pour the batter in the tray filling 3/4 of the cup.

  7. 7

    Bake at 180 for 25 min for a 200 gms batter
