Grind the peanuts until very fine. Add them to a blender along with the peeled garlic cloves (adjust the amount to your taste, but garlic is the star here), bread, salt, olive oil, lemon juice, and vinegar. Add half a glass (1/4 cup) of cold water as well.

Blend everything for about 3 to 4 minutes until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. When serving, adjust the thickness to your liking by adding more cold water or ice cubes if needed. Mango makes a great topping.
