No white sauce needed! Use milk and cheese to create a rich and delicious flavor that keeps you coming back for more.

Add water and a pinch of salt to a pot and bring to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for about 10 minutes, then drain.

Add olive oil to the pot and sauté the onion slices and fresh shiitake mushroom slices until they release moisture.
