Steps
- 1
Ask your butcher for thin chicken cutlets. If needed, place them between two sheets of parchment paper and flatten them with a rolling pin.
- 2
Top each cutlet with a slice of ham and some cheese.
- 3
Roll up each cutlet tightly; if needed, secure with toothpicks.
- 4
Coat the rolled cutlets in flour so they are fully covered. Dip them in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- 5
Sear in a hot skillet with a little oil for 5 minutes on each side, then finish cooking in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
