In a pot of ghee add thinly sliced onions with ginger garlic paste and let this brown

Add your lamb and cook for 7mins.

Add your biryani spices and tinned tomatoes. Add the extra above spices

Let this cook for another 7mins. Then add some water to cover it. Put the lid on medium heat and let the meat cook

Once cooked add some yoghurt and salt and mix. set this aside and start your rice

Boil some water in a bigger pan and add the ingredients for the water. Once boiled add your rice and cook. Drain your water and set aside

Layer your rice and lamb and then garnish with Corriander and colouring powder and give this a mix.

Turn the heat off and put a sheet over to dum it.
