Marinate your diced chicken with all the above seasonings and cook this and set aside

In a pan of ghee add your diced onions with salt pepper, Kashmiri powder, chilli powder, cumin, Corriander and tumeric

Then add in your puree and chopped tomatoe tin

Add some water and give it a mix until thickened. Add in your cooked chicken

Add some double cream and tiny bit yoghurt to dial down the tomatoe taste
- 6
Season with methi and garam masala and serve. Add some colouring if needed
