Steps

Heat a pan, add water, Once water comes to boil, add ada and cook for five to six mins on low heat and remove the pan from heat.Now,drain into the ada and keep aside.

Heat in kadhai, add ghee, once the ghee melt,then add coconut pieces and raisins, cook till golden brown on low heat, take out the golden raisins and coconut pieces in plate. Add same kadhai add ada in remaining ghee,toss for a few seconds.

After add organic sugar and cardamom powder mix well then add milk and stir continuously and cook on low heat.

Tips
After adding Fry coconut pieces and raisins and cook for milk, just five to seven mins till creamy and thicken texture . Now turn off the flame. The Ads Pradhaman will thicken a little once it cool . Your delicious and yummy Instant Ada Pradhaman is ready to serve hot or cold,per choice...
Note - you can also add types of dryfruits, jaggery and coconut milk...
