For making paste

Take a mixer grinder add onion red chilli powder and salt and grind it to smooth paste.

Heat oil.Add chana dal and urad dal and cook till it is brown.

Add jeera rai dry red chilli hing

Add prepared masala and cook for few minutes and add dhania powder and haldi.

Add spinach and mix well.Don't overcook it.

Serve with rice chapati parantha and roti
Tips
Add garlic as per your taste .
