Ingredients

  1. 200 GMsoya wadi boiled and chopped
  2. Sukha whole garam masala (bay leaf, phool, badi eliachi...)
  3. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  4. 1 teaspoondhaniya powder
  5. 1 teaspoongaram masala
  6. 1/4 teaspoonhaldi
  7. 2medium onion chopped
  8. 8-10garlic leaves
  9. Rai, jeera and hing
  10. 1/2 cupcoriander chopped
  11. 3 tbspoil
  12. 1/2 inchginger chopped
  13. 1medium tomato chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan, add oil, add rai jeera hing and all sukha garam masala.

  2. 2

    When rai jeera crackle add garlic and ginger. When garlic turn brown add onions and cook till onions turn pink.

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and cook it. It will seems mashed and now add all dry masala powder. Cook for 2-3 min.

  4. 4

    Now add chopped boiled soya bean. Cover pan cook for 10 min.Stir occasionally.

  5. 5

    Garnish with coriander leaves. Your dish is ready to serve.
