Steps

Take a pan, add oil, add rai jeera hing and all sukha garam masala.

When rai jeera crackle add garlic and ginger. When garlic turn brown add onions and cook till onions turn pink.

Add tomatoes and cook it. It will seems mashed and now add all dry masala powder. Cook for 2-3 min.

Now add chopped boiled soya bean. Cover pan cook for 10 min.Stir occasionally.

Garnish with coriander leaves. Your dish is ready to serve.
